NA

Excellent hotel and locations. Rooms size is good but bathroom are not as expected. Bathroom need to modify bit. Other-than this everything was excellent.

your property is very good, service team also good ,but i faced one thing-I Stayed with my family suite room in two days , i requested one compaliant to reception (male) he didnt response properly.so iam not recommend to others. my Humble request to change the person and recruit new one .

Good standard, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Booking map shows that the property is located near Mysore centre. In reality it is located along the ring road, 20 minutes drive from the centre. If you are expecting a central location as suggested by the map, you’re going to be disappointed.

Room was spacious with good amenities

Bath room tiles were not anti-slippery

We stayed for 2 days in the suite room and it was a blissful experience. The property is well maintained and services were excellent. Rooms was pretty clean and spacious. Food also was awesome. Overall it was a great stay for 2 days in mysore.

just a feedback as the breakfast menu can be changed every alternative days. food was really good.

the property was clean and staff were also helpful. though breakfast was having same menu the taste and quality was good

lunch was really bad and the kitchen staff are not following instructions correctly. breakfast was same for both days we stayed there

Great Location & Nice ambience

Cleaning in bathroom can do better

The food is excellent. The rooms are really clean and there's nothing to complain about.

We reached early in the morning and were a bit sleep deprived due to our long travel. I called the previous night if we could checkin early also mentioned that we would pay for the early check-in fee.I asked the receptionist (male) the same when we reached there at 7am. He said check-in possible only after 1pm. He mentioned all rooms were full the previous night and will get a room if and when guests checkout. At 8.30am the receptionist (female) told us we can check-in with a fee. I agreed and paid the early check-in and checked in. This trouble for 90 mins could have been avoided.

Everything was good other than AC

AC, it's a Centralized AC and room was not getting cold enough to get good sleep with temperature in 19 degrees

Staff very courteous n prompt .Rooms spacious and clean .Restaurant food also gud.

Location a little far away from city center

Very clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, friendly staff and modern facilities. We stayed only one night in Mysore but it was a very good rest here. The restaurant is also very delicious and sitting on the covered roof terrace during the rain was very nice.

The location wasn't the most central so you'll need an Uber to get back to the main attractions but this isn't a very big compromise. The massage at the Spa wasn't necessarily worth it.

Facilites is just ok

No Shuttle from airport availableWrong address on Booking site, this hôtel is outside from the cityNoise from others rooms every nightAvoir this hôtel, prefer another one in city

Clean and new hotelLinens were clean and neat. AC was good

Was staying with my wife, my wife went down to bring something from car and came back to room. Got a immediate call to my room asking some lady entered my room, we need ID of new guest. While i had checked into room giving ID of both. Too much tracking and calls make it feel very awkward. Even though looks funny. Though the spread was good, breakfast taste was average, can improve. Egg omelet was dry, Dosa did not taste good, Idly pretty average. Refrigerator was not there in room.

Restaurant and Rooms

Reception Ambiance

Mentioned as continental breakfast. But the BF was pure Indian. Except this, all things were remarkable. Highly recommending .

breakfast menu. Also the delay to get food in breakfast.

Cleanliness, courteous staff, neat spacious rooms and good service.

Nil

new and well maintained property with ample car parking. Room is clean so is bathroom.

Little expensive, breakfast was good, they need to have small area for kids to play, small re-creation room would be good, need to have mirror inside the room instead at the entrance of the room
